DNA recruit has placed me twice over the past six years. On both occasions Ali went out of his way to listen and really understand what I was looking for and to make sure that the roles he put me forward for would make me happy. I am a busy mum with two small children so finding an agency and a team that would be flexible and fit the stage of life I was at was crucial. For the first role at Cheil, I found out shortly before my interview that I had to present my strategy and bring a prop. I chose to take my Jack Russell, Daisy but the only issue was that the discussion about ‘my prop’ would be at the end of the interview.
