Together with Jo Suter and Dan Prince, I oversee the smooth running of DNA. Through our Executive Search service, I also work in a hands-on capacity, collaborating with our clients and network of senior candidates in filling hard-to-fill, senior-level positions.
In addition to my typical daily duties, I also focus on driving DNA’s growth strategy, exploring new markets, geographical regions and developing novel new approaches to solve our clients toughest hiring challenges.
Before starting DNA, I worked for a digital marketing recruitment firm for about six years, during which time I was instrumental in the firm's expansion from four to sixty-five employees. In addition, I have experience in the role of Account Handler for multi-service advertising firms. Due to my extensive background, I am very well-versed in the realms of marketing, business operations, and the job market for skilled workers.
To create a company that was unique in its approach, I founded DNA. I want the company to be successful so that people other than my immediate family can reap its benefits. It didn't take long for DNA to become my obsession. It has given me the chance to collaborate closely with relatives while also working in a field I enjoy. I set out to establish an organisation that values work-life balance and provides genuine telecommuting options for its employees. It makes me happy to be able to assist so many people in improving their employment prospects.
When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, exploring new places, and improving my physical health.

Dislikes: Passwords, unethical people, pineapple, and commuting.
