Our process

Elevated Strategies for Finding and Hiring Exceptional Talent.

At the start of all new DNA partnerships, we produce a Statement of Work. It’s a document we periodically loop back to. It's a framework that keeps us focused on the most important talent work we want to get done. It defines the scope of our remit and the specific processes and projects that we own, drive and succeed on together.

In order to hire effectively, aligning on processes and identifying anywhere we can help streamline ways of working will help with reducing time to hire in the long run. This process includes reworking job descriptions, designing interview processes and defining key candidate touch-points. 

Once we have a clear plan and know what we are looking for, we will start building out projects of prospect talent, and start the process of engaging with potential candidates. We will craft bespoke reach out messages for each role and start searching the market for the most suitable talent. 

Our cloud-based video interview technology helps us to qualify and and create a shortlist of the most suitable candidates for you to review. 

With our DNA Adapt recruitment solution, our DNA team will conduct the initial first interview and provide you with the option to review all the recordings of these interviews.

With our DNA Evolve recruitment solution, our DNA team will conduct an advanced first-stage interview and provide an executive assessment of the candidates.

Once you've found the ideal candidate who meets your needs and requirements, we seamlessly guide you through the process of extending an offer. From offer submission to contract signing, we will provide all the necessary assistance, ensuring a smooth transition in welcoming the new addition to your team.
