JOB DESCRIPTION
DNA Recruit is collaborating with an Experiential Agency based in London, currently seeking a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director to support on a 3-month contract. There's potential for ongoing collaboration based on successful outcomes and clarity regarding future projects. The agency has recently acquired new clients, indicating prospects for continued opportunities.
The Senior Account/Group Account Director will be involved in diverse projects for a sporting client (Tennis), encompassing advertising campaigns, creative development for desired client campaigns, and brand activation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and collaborate with Producers and Creative Producers.
- Drive for optimal creative outcomes.
- Maintain close communication with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including the hiring manager.
- Enjoy greater autonomy in certain project aspects due to manager's reduced direct involvement.
- Experience at SAD / GAD level in Experiential agencies or extensive experience with Experiential campaigns in integrated agencies.
- Ability to efficiently manage Producers and Creative Teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
Duration: 3 months
Day rate: £350 - £450
