DNA Recruit is working with a leading digital design boutique in Amsterdam. They're a collective of artisans dedicated to crafting stunning solutions for prestigious brands. Their close-knit international team places immense value on fostering a positive company culture where creativity thrives and excellence is paramount.
 
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in their leadership team, driving their boutique forward and spearheading new initiatives. They're seeking an enterprising individual who thrives on surpassing targets, challenging the status quo, and introducing innovative concepts.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead new business development efforts and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands, leveraging your extensive industry experience and network.
• Exceed business development objectives by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Foster enduring relationships with globally minded brands, understanding their unique needs and objectives to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a (new) business director role, preferably within the digital advertising/design sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully driving new business initiatives and nurturing client relationships.
• Strong industry network and a keen eye for identifying new business prospects.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Passion for design and digital products, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends.
• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

 
Salary: 85k EUR
