DNA Recruit are thrilled to be working with a Global Media Group who are looking for Event Speaker Coordinator.

• Responsible for orchestrating the speaker logistics and ensuring a flawless execution of diverse range of b2b events throughout the year.
• You will collaborate closely with conference producers to manage speaker requirements for each event.
• Facilitate communication with speakers, handling requests for bios and head shots.
• Showcase speakers on event websites and integrate them seamlessly into the agenda.
• Manage Speaker registrations and coordinate virtual event platform.
• Prepare presentation materials and oversee panel call arrangements.
• Oversee speaker logistics on site, provide guidance and support to speakers throughout the event.
