Are you a experienced Event Manager ready to take on an exciting project?

DNA Recruit are thrilled to be working with a global leading player in the B2B market. Seeking an Event Manager to spearhead the logistical arrangements for a prestigious conference & exhibition set to take place in Las Vegas. You along side the Head of Event Operations – US  you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of this high-profile event.

• Lead the planning & execution of a large-scale B2B event, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage venue logistics, staff briefing, signage planning, and supplier sourcing to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Oversee third party suppliers, maintaining quality control, and adherence to project deadlines.
• Take ownership of the event budget, handling financial matters

You must have minimum of 3 years of solid B2B event management within the conference & exhibition sector. This is an opportunity not to be missed our client is a renowned media group with a fantastic culture.
