Exciting Opportunity: Operations Manager (Digital Services) for a leading Global Retailer

DNA is partnering exclusively with a leading global retailer to recruit a Operations Manager to lead and develop a digtally enabaled customer engagement loyalty programme.

Are you an experienced professional with a background in managing business operations for a digtally enabaled retail loyalty programme? If so, we want to hear from you!

Experience required:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience of managing business operations for a digtally enabaled retail loyalty programme
• Experience of change management programmes and stakeholder engagement
• Retail knowledge and experience
• Continuous improvement
• Stakeholder management, leadership skills, presentation skills, workshop design and facilitation, and storytelling
• Proficiency in productivity applications like Microsoft Office suite, JIRA, Confluence and Miro

 
Desirable:

• Marketing campaign design and management
• Customer research and segmentation
• Formal continuous improvement qualifications (i.e. Lean six sigma)
• Experience of working in a global function of a multi national organisation
