Role Overview:
Reporting to the MD, the Chief Growth Officer will drive the company’s growth by attracting new clients and enhancing their brand reputation. This hands-on role includes managing leads and directing their social profiles.
 
Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute client prospecting strategies.
• Implement contact and prospecting materials.
• Meet and cultivate potential client relationships.
• Maintain relationships with key intermediaries.
• Execute integrated communication plans.
• Manage and update our social accounts and website.
• Enhance thought leadership and communications.
• Oversee social media strategy and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with PR agency for event presence and speaking opportunities.
• Foster cross-office collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Drive organic growth with client leads and MDs.
• Oversee business development and marketing budgets.
• Track and report on business development opportunities.

 
Qualifications:

• Successful experience in Business Development.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role.
• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Knowledge of advertising/marketing agencies and the UK market.
• Leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide board-level insights.

 
Salary: £100k.
London.
