Temp/ Perm - German Speaking Account Director/ Senior Account Manager

German-Speaking Senior Account Director / Account Director (Digital, EMEA) - London-based independent creative agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as day-to-day client lead for EMEA region, particularly Germany (Munich or Berlin) and Dubai.
• Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital, social, and brand campaigns.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to launch and manage through-the-line campaigns.
• Liaise with client-side teams in the UK, Germany, and Dubai (German language proficiency required).
• Support development of creative platforms, digital marketing, CRM strategy (not execution), and event/brand experience initiatives.
• Coordinate flexible, hybrid working—London-based preferred, but open to hybrid/remote with regular travel.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in account management for digital, social, and integrated campaigns across EMEA.
• Background in creative, digital, or brand experience agencies preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ‘Swiss army knife’/multi-skilled approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working in agile, growing agency environments.
• Available to start quickly for an initial contract/freelance period (with view to perm if successful).

Location: London/hybrid/remote
Remuneration: Competitive day rate, open to level and experience.
