JOB DESCRIPTION
This is your chance to join a smart, energetic team delivering bold experiences for some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands. You’ll take the reins on technical delivery, liaising closely with Producers, Creative Leads, and third-party suppliers to bring campaigns to life.
The Role:
- Lead Technical Production for multiple events across the UK, EMEA, Singapore, and Dublin
- Scope and manage AV, scenic, lighting, and tech builds for physical and digital formats
- Produce RAMS, show schedules, cue sheets, and event documentation
- Act as the key point of contact on-site for everything technical
- Coordinate with studio teams and platforms on livestreams and interactive content
- Manage suppliers, logistics, and on-the-ground problem-solving when things get real
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in Technical Production, ideally within Creative agencies or Production companies
- Confidence managing complex builds across multiple regions and formats
- Strong AV and scenic knowledge – CAD/Vectorworks/SketchUp a plus
- Experience in B2B, particularly tech or corporate events (not essential but ideal)
- Resilience under pressure – you love solving problems and making things run smoothly
- Flexibility to travel and work outside 9–5 during key event periods
