Sponsorship Producer

A leading events and experiential agency is looking for a highly organised Sponsorship Producer to oversee the delivery of sponsorship programmes, partnerships and commercial activations across a diverse portfolio of live events.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of sponsorship deliverables from initial briefing through to onsite delivery and post-event reporting, ensuring every commitment is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sponsorship projects from brief through to delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, critical paths and action trackers to keep programmes on schedule.
• Coordinate sponsorship assets including branding, content, speakers, hospitality, guest programmes and digital deliverables.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, sponsors and suppliers, ensuring clear communication throughout each project.
• Monitor deadlines, identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Support onsite delivery of sponsorship activations and lead post-event reviews.
• Manage sponsorship documentation, contracts, reporting, approvals and programme administration.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices and financial reporting.
• Produce status reports, ROI summaries and programme updates for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes and delivery standards across sponsorship operations.

About You:

• Experience delivering sponsorship, events, partnerships, project management or account coordination projects.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable managing budgets, administration and project documentation.
• Experience within live events, experiential marketing or sponsorship delivery would be highly advantageous.
