JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build out a specialist Middle East Recruitment desk at DNA.

This is a market built around long-term relationship development and regional expertise. The focus is on supporting agency, events, creative, marketing and adjacent sectors across the Middle East, building credibility within a defined market and becoming genuinely embedded in that space over time.

The expectation isn’t that you recruit broadly across the region, but that you define a niche, build strong regional networks, and establish long-term client and candidate relationships.

You’ll be leveraging an existing base of client relationships to introduce and establish your Middle East specialism, building this capability within accounts that already trust how we work. A proportion of these relationships are retained, allowing for stronger partnerships, higher-quality briefs, and more consultative delivery.

The role is centred around:
  • Owning and developing a defined Middle East recruitment market
    • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the region
    • Delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes with a consultative approach
    • Growing your desk through delivery, networking and targeted business development
DNA operates as a fully remote business, built around experienced recruiters who are trusted to run their desk. There is clear structure and support in place, alongside expectations around performance.

The business is structured to support proper desk growth. You’ll have access to an established client base, a strong tech stack, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships within the right regional networks and environments.

Leadership still bill and remain active in the market, so support is grounded in real, current experience. As your desk develops, you’ll also have access to candidate resourcing support and infrastructure designed to keep your focus on revenue-generating activity.

From a commercial perspective, consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, alongside a competitive base and incentives.

This tends to suit someone who:
  • is already recruiting within Middle East markets or has experience building international or regionally focused desks
    • wants to specialise and build authority within a defined market
    • is looking to continue developing a niche they’re already credible in, with the platform and network to take it further
    • values autonomy but still wants experienced, billing leadership around them
