JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a core market within agencies, covering the people responsible for delivering and executing work day-to-day. It can often become a high-volume space, but the way this desk is set up is focused on building a defined niche and delivering quality, rather than working purely on volume.
You’ll be leveraging an existing base of agency client relationships to introduce and establish your specialism, building this capability within accounts that already trust how we work. A strong proportion of these relationships are retained, allowing for more consistent delivery, better-qualified roles, and stronger long-term partnerships.
The role is centred around:
- Owning and developing a defined Delivery / Production / Operations niche
- Building long-term relationships with agency clients
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality
- Growing your desk through delivery and business development
The business is structured to support proper desk growth. You’ll have access to an established client base, a strong tech stack, and opportunities to build your presence within the right networks in the delivery and production space.
Leadership still bill and remain active in the market, so support is practical and grounded. As your desk grows, you’ll also have access to candidate resourcing support and technology designed to reduce admin and keep your focus on revenue-generating work.
From a commercial perspective, consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, alongside a competitive base and incentives.
This tends to suit someone who:
- is already recruiting within delivery, production, operations, or similar agency markets
- wants to specialise and build authority in a defined market
- is looking to continue developing a niche they’re already credible in, with the platform and network to take it further
- is comfortable working remotely but still values being part of a team
