JOB DESCRIPTION
This isn’t a broad, catch-all market. The expectation is that you define a clear niche within creative and build depth, credibility, and a strong network over time.
You’ll be leveraging an existing base of agency client relationships to introduce and establish a creative offering, building this capability within accounts that already trust how we work. A proportion of these relationships are retained, allowing for more consistent delivery, higher-quality briefs, and stronger long-term partnerships.
The day-to-day is focused on:
- Owning and developing a defined creative market
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with agency clients
- Delivering high-quality recruitment processes end to end
- Growing your desk through both delivery and business development
The business is structured to support proper desk growth. You’ll have access to an established client base, a strong tech stack, and opportunities to build your presence within the right networks in the creative space.
Leadership still bill and remain active in the market, so support is grounded in what’s actually working. As your desk grows, you’ll also have access to candidate resourcing support to keep your focus on revenue-generating work.
From a commercial perspective, consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, alongside a competitive base and additional incentives.
This tends to suit someone who:
- is already recruiting within the creative space at Senior level
- wants to specialise and build authority in a defined market
- is looking to continue developing a niche they’re already credible in, with the platform and network to take it further
- is comfortable working remotely but still values being part of a team
