Senior Creative Lead Role Independent Creative Agency

DNA Recruit is partnering with a growing independent creative agency to find a senior, hands-on creative leader who wants real ownership and influence. This is a super exciting opportunity for a senior creative who still loves to be close to the work, shaping ideas from concept through to execution. The role spans brand, social and ecommerce-led creative, working across a mix of global brands.

The Role: - 
You’ll play a key role in setting creative standards, leading projects end-to-end, and helping shape the agency’s creative output as it continues to grow. You’ll work closely with strategy and client teams, while also mentoring a small in-house team and collaborating with freelancers.

I'm looking for someone: - 

• Highly hands-on and ideas-led
• Experienced delivering concept-led work across social, digital, retail & ecommerce
• Comfortable owning creative quality, standards and output
• Confident leading and mentoring a small internal team plus freelancers
• Curious and engaged with AI, technology and innovation within the creative process
