DNA Recruit are working with a leading Global Commerce Marketing Agency that delivers creative and strategic shopper solutions for major household brands. Known for their innovative approach and collaborative culture, this agency partners with global, European, and UK markets to bring ideas to life across retail, ecommerce, and experiential channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, working across a portfolio of iconic FMCG brands with a focus on confectionery and impulse categories.
About the Role:

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across key brand campaigns, from strategy through to execution.
• Own campaign development, working closely with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class shopper marketing solutions.
• Gain exposure to a variety of campaign briefs across global and regional markets.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across retail and ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience as a Senior Account Manager, or a confident Account Manager ready for the next step.
• Strong foundation in shopper marketing, with an understanding of path-to-purchase behaviour.
• Ecommerce or digital experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different markets and timelines.
• Prior experience in a creative, integrated or shopper-focused agency is essential.

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum + benefits
Location: London hybrid (2–3 days in office)
