Senior Account Manager (FTC)

DNA Recruit is partnering with a leading integrated agency to recruit a Senior Account Manager on a fast-track, 3-month fixed-term contract.

This role is perfect for candidates with experience in high-end or luxury retail shopper campaigns, looking to manage global activations and integrated toolkits for premium FMCG brands.
You’ll work on high-profile campaigns where strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and commercial awareness are key, delivering seamless projects across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global shopper and activation campaigns, focusing on premium retail experiences.
• Deliver integrated toolkits across commercial and occasion-driven campaigns.
• Support ad-hoc client projects and high-profile activations.
• Bring strategic insight, creativity, and proactive problem-solving to multi-market campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior account teams to ensure smooth delivery in a hybrid London office environment.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong agency background with luxury or high-end retail shopper experience.
• Proven experience delivering toolkits across commercial and occasion campaigns (retail, digital, social).
• Familiarity with ad production and toolkit implementation is advantageous.
• Self-starter with excellent project management and client relationship skills.
• Financial oversight and budget management experience.

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office)
