JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is designed for someone already operating at a high level who wants to establish and scale a creative market, with the platform, brand and infrastructure in place to support long-term growth.
You’ll be working from a strong base of existing agency client relationships, introducing and building a creative offering within those accounts. The opportunity is to define your niche, develop long-term partnerships, and grow this into a leading practice area over time.
The role centres around:
- Full ownership and growth of a creative recruitment desk
- Building strategic, long-term relationships with agency clients
- Driving consistent, high-level billings
- Developing your market into a recognised area of expertise
The platform is designed to support high-performing desks. That includes access to established client relationships, a strong tech stack, and opportunities to be in the right environments to build meaningful connections in your market.
Leadership still bill and remain active in delivery, so guidance is based on real market conditions. As your desk grows, you’ll have access to candidate resourcing support and infrastructure to help you scale effectively.
The commercial model is strong. Consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, with the opportunity to build significant personal revenue.
This tends to suit someone who:
- is already operating at Principal level within creative recruitment
- wants to build and scale a market with real ownership
- is looking to expand a niche they’re already credible in, with the platform and brand to take it further
- values autonomy but still wants access to experienced, billing leadership
