DNA Recruit is working with Global Connected Commerce Agency, part of a renowned network, to find them a commercially driven New Business & Marketing Director to join their UK leadership team. With a reputation for bold thinking and cutting-edge campaigns, this agency is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to elevate their brand presence and drive new revenue opportunities across Europe and beyond.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the UK CEO, this is a pivotal role that blends new business generation with brand communications. You'll be the architect of high-impact pitches, a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, and the strategic force behind building agency awareness in key markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end pitch processes – from narrative development to post-pitch strategy.
• Driving a robust prospecting and pipeline strategy, uncovering and nurturing new client relationships.
• Amplifying the agency’s thought leadership, culture, and performance through PR, social, and internal comms.
• Building strong relationships with intermediaries, procurement contacts, and industry influencers.
• Shaping external comms to position the agency as a leader in creativity, innovation, and client performance.
• Leading corporate event and speaking opportunities, ensuring visibility in the right spaces.
• Partnering with senior client leads to unlock organic growth and deepen key client relationships.
• Managing budgets and reporting, with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required

• 10+ years' experience in senior new business leadership roles within creative or marketing agencies.
• A strategic mindset with a proven ability to deliver high-value wins and pitch success.
• Experience in integrated marketing and complex organisational environments, ideally pan-European.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational ability – with a proactive, collaborative style.
• Confident working independently, delivering insights and board-level updates.
• Knowledge of Korean business culture or experience working with Korean stakeholders is a bonus.

Salary: Up to £130K + Bonus
