New Business Development Manager – Creative Production & Advertising Agency – Hitchin (Fully Remote)
 
Are you a New Business Development Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?

DNA Recruit are working with a forward-thinking Creative Production and TV Advertising Agency who are looking for a commercially minded New Business Development Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC, with the possibility of going permanent. This agency prides itself on blending creativity, production excellence, and innovative storytelling to deliver high-impact campaigns for brands across sectors.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the agency’s growth, developing and executing a new business strategy to win new clients and opportunities. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into paid briefs. From cold outreach to industry networking, through to leading pitches and coordinating proposals, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing new business into the agency.
You’ll also work closely with the internal team to create compelling pitch decks, RFPs, and tenders, while contributing to wider marketing and growth strategy initiatives. Representing the agency at industry events and ensuring a strong market presence will also be central to the role.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven background in business development or sales within a creative, production, media, or advertising agency.
• Confident communicator, relationship-builder, and natural connector.
• Self-starter mindset with resilience and persistence, comfortable with outreach and networking.
• Strong market research skills and commercial acumen with an understanding of the creative/production landscape.
• Experience managing a pipeline, CRM tools, and reporting on KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Strategic thinker who is passionate about creativity, production, and storytelling.
• Comfortable leading pitches and supporting the tender process.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities.

Nice to Have:

• Existing industry contacts within advertising, media, or brand teams.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience with procurement or tender processes.

 
Salary, Location and Reference

• Contract: 12-month FTC (with potential to go permanent)
• Location: Hitchin (Fully Remote, with travel to client meetings and events as required)

• Salary: £45K- £55K + Bonus
