JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing AI‑Led Digital Experience Consultancy to appoint a commercially focused Marketing Manager to support its next stage of growth.

This forward-thinking consultancy partners with enterprise clients to design and deliver intelligent, user-centric digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. With ambitious expansion plans and a collaborative, innovative culture, they are investing significantly in their marketing engine to enhance brand presence and accelerate pipeline generation across the UK.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of demand generation and help shape the organisation’s marketing strategy as it scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive demand generation activity to create Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support the conversion of prospects into meaningful commercial opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP), ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and key business priorities.
  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, content, account‑based marketing, and outbound initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial goals and sales targets.
  • Refine and evolve the company’s value proposition to ensure market relevance and competitive differentiation.
  • Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, demonstrating clear impact on pipeline, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to unlock co‑marketing opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
 
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with agency experience or within technology/consultancy environments.
  • Proven track record delivering demand generation campaigns and lead nurture programmes that support commercial pipeline growth.
  • Strong capability in customer profiling, messaging development, and content strategy.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical and data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong commercial mindset. 
 
Salary: Up to £40K
