Marketing Executive | B2B Marketing

We’re working with a fast-growing, technology-led B2B business that’s continuing to invest in its marketing function and is now looking to hire a Marketing Executive to support demand generation and pipeline growth across multiple digital channels.

This role offers a broad, hands-on remit and would suit someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who’s keen to deepen their experience in demand generation, SEO, and PPC within a commercially focused environment.

The role
  • Support the planning and delivery of demand generation campaigns focused on driving high-quality leads and measurable pipeline contribution
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing activity across SEO, PPC (paid search and paid social), email marketing, and organic social
  • Take responsibility for managing and optimising PPC campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimisation
  • Support SEO initiatives through content optimisation, on-page improvements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve search visibility
  • Assist with the development and optimisation of landing pages and digital journeys to improve conversion rates and lead capture
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to inform optimisation and future activity
  • Work closely with sales and the wider marketing team to align messaging, targeting, and campaign objectives with commercial goals
  • Support ongoing improvements to lead nurturing, marketing automation, and reporting processes

About you
  • Experience in a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation role within a B2B environment
  • SaaS or technology sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working with data to track performance and demonstrate marketing impact
  • Highly organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership of campaigns and outcomes
