Managing Director

DNA Recruit is partnering with an International Integrated Agency who are expanding their presence in Saudi Arabia. With a strong international footprint and a growing reputation in the region, the agency delivers high-impact brand experiences and strategic activations for leading clients across government and corporate sectors.

As Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the agency’s operations in KSA, leading both the commercial and operational agenda while ensuring alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sustainable revenue growth and overall business profitability
• Owning the P&L, including forecasting, margin management and cost control
• Leading business development strategy and building a strong client pipeline
• Establishing and nurturing senior relationships across government, corporate and partner networks
• Overseeing the successful delivery of projects to high quality, on time and within budget
• Embedding structured processes across planning, execution, and reporting
• Building and leading a high-performing team, including workforce planning and talent development
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining strong governance standards
• Acting as the senior representative of the business in the Saudi market
• Leading during periods of change or uncertainty, ensuring business continuity and team wellbeing
• Collaborating closely with global leadership across finance, HR, legal, and commercial functions 

Requirements:

• Extensive experience within Brand Experience, Experiential & Events, or Integrated Communications agencies
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth
• Experience managing full P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated success in winning new business and building long-term client relationships
• Strong operational leadership with the ability to deliver complex projects at scale
• Experience working within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance and risk management in a regulated environment
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• High levels of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively within a global matrix structure

 
Salary: SAR 60K per month Bonus Benefits
