DNA Recruit are delighted to be working with a specialist provider of event production services. This is your chance to join a growing production team delivering spectacular lighting solutions for some of the UK & Europe’s most prestigious events.
From high-energy live music to corporate showcases and immersive experiences, no two days will ever be the same. You’ll be part of a collaborative, friendly, and highly skilled crew, all dedicated to pushing creative and technical boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and operating lighting systems for a diverse range of live events
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting bespoke production lighting systems on-site
- Bringing creative problem-solving to high-pressure situations
- Liaising confidently with clients, venues, and sub-contractors to deliver exceptional service
- Supporting pre-production planning, technical preparation, and equipment maintenance
- Sharing your expertise and helping to grow the skills of the wider team
- Strong background in performance lighting design, implementation, and operation – ideally in live music or events
- Solid understanding of general production techniques including rigging, IT, power and data distribution
- Good knowledge of electrical theory and fault-finding
- Confident, client-facing communicator who’s happy working solo or as part of a team
