Head of Tech, Product, UX & UI
Location: Remote (UK-based) | Monthly team meeting in London
Reports to: Commercial Director
Salary: £45-60k bonus & benefits

Role Overview:
The Head of Tech, Product, UX & UI will lead DNA Recruit’s recruitment efforts across technology, product, and user experience disciplines. You will drive market growth, lead business development, and establish DNA Recruit as a trusted partner for hiring top tech talent. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring both sector expertise and commercial leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a recently established £250k–£500k tech, product, UX & UI desk, working across our existing client base, with a substantial and immediate billing opportunity.
• Drive strong personal billings and take full ownership of revenue growth across the tech, product, UX, and UI markets.
• Define and execute strategies to grow DNA Recruit’s tech, product, and UX/UI recruitment business.
• Identify, develop, and nurture client relationships across tech, product, and digital sectors.
• Lead business development initiatives to increase revenue, market share, and agency visibility.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and sector expertise internally and to clients.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with agency leadership on strategy, best practices, and cross-sector initiatives.
• Represent DNA Recruit at industry events, tech meetups, and sector-specific conferences.
• Develop, lead, and manage a team of tech recruiters, ensuring high performance, career development, and strong engagement.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience leading tech, product, or UX/UI recruitment teams.
• Strong track record in business development, market growth, and revenue generation.
• In-depth understanding of technology, digital product, and UX/UI talent markets.
• Leadership experience in coaching and managing remote teams.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strategic, commercially minded, and results driven.
