JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines commercial thinking, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to win new business within a creative, media, or integrated agency environment.
The Role:
As Head of Growth, you will lead the agency’s commercial growth strategy, building a strong pipeline of opportunities and converting high-value new business.
You will work closely with senior leadership, strategy, and delivery teams to position the agency’s capabilities across creative, media, digital experience and growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the agency’s new business and revenue growth strategy
- Identify, develop, and convert new client opportunities
- Build and maintain senior client relationships with marketing and brand leaders
- Lead and support new business pitches and commercial proposals
- Work closely with strategy, creative, media, and digital teams to develop compelling solutions
- Play a key role in shaping the agency’s commercial direction and market positioning
- Develop partnerships and expand the agency’s presence across key sectors
- Senior commercial or growth leadership experience within a creative, media, integrated, or digital agency
- Strong new business and revenue generation track record
- Proven ability to lead pitches and win major accounts
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, media, digital experience, and growth marketing
- Commercially focused with strong strategic thinking
- Collaborative leadership style and ability to work across agency teams
