With a reputation as a trusted partner to national retailers, utilities, media providers, and top advertising agencies, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving their growth journey. 
About the Role 
As Head of Growth, you’ll take the lead on expanding into the UK’s top retail, utility, and media markets. You’ll sell a full suite of services, from data and analytics to marketing solutions, and shape how the agency engages with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands. 
You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of client managers, account directors, marketers, product owners, developers, and strategic leaders, all supported by strong operational functions. 
Skills and Experience Required 

• Proven track record as a revenue hunter with a consultative, solution-led sales approach 

• Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and marketing services 

• Media and marketing expertise across digital and traditional channels 

• Ability to build and nurture relationships from C-suite through to operational teams 

• Commercially minded, articulate, and detail-focused 

• Innovative thinker who thrives on new challenges and opportunities 

Salary & Benefits 

• £45,000–£60,000 basic salary (DOE) 

• £100k+ OTE with a generous commission scheme 

• Hybrid working: Milton Keynes office, client visits, and remote flexibility
