London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
We’re partnering with a globally recognised B2B events and media organisation to appoint an Event Marketing Manager for one of the UK’s flagship technology festivals.
This is a high-profile role supporting a market-leading tech event that attracts senior decision-makers, founders, investors and innovators from across the international technology ecosystem. The business sits within a FTSE-listed global group with a portfolio of world-renowned festivals spanning technology, finance, cybersecurity and creative industries.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of audience growth and campaign delivery, driving ticket sales and visitor registrations through integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, content and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns that move prospects from awareness through to conversion, while continuously optimising performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop top-of-funnel strategies and compelling content to attract new audience segments
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across search, display, paid social and email
- Drive traffic and conversions across event websites, supporting both paid ticket sales and free registrations
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying risks and commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful in-person and virtual experiences
- Champion a test-and-learn approach, using data to continuously refine activity
About You:
- Proven campaign management experience within B2B events, media or related sectors
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display and CRM/email
- Experience nurturing prospects through the full buyer journey
- Commercially minded, analytical and confident presenting performance insights
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Interest in the technology sector is highly advantageous
The organisation operates a hybrid model, with three days per week in a central London office and flexibility for remote working. You’ll be joining an international business with strong internal mobility, structured learning pathways and a collaborative, high-performance culture.
