Digital Designer (Junior to Midweight) - Digital Design and Branding Agency 

Exciting opportunity for a Junior to Midweight Digital Designer to join a lovely independant London based agency. 

This is a primarily website-focused (UI/UX) role, working on bespoke, creative digital experiences. You’ll contribute to high-quality website design projects across a diverse client base, including schools, universities, corporate organisations, and long-term support clients. Exposure to branding, print, and wider digital media is highly welcomed.

The Team You’ll be joining a collaborative team of six designers, including:

• Creative Director
• Associate Creative Director
• Two Senior Designers
• Two Midweight Designers (one role being replaced)

The agency is highly regarded for their beautifully crafted websites  for global corporate clients 

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, bespoke websites with a strong UI and UX focus
• Contribute to concept-led creative work (not templated design solutions)
• Develop inner pages and templates that align with established visual systems
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and developers
• Contribute to branding and other digital/print media where relevant 

Must-Have Requirements

• 1–2 years’ agency or in-house design experience (graduates without professional experience will not be considered)
• A portfolio demonstrating strong website design (UI and UX)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign 
• Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy
• Evidence of conceptual thinking and creativity, we are looking for ideas-led designers, not template-driven execution

Salary: £28K-34K plus benefits
