Chief Commercial Officer - Creative Brand Experience Agency - Greater London (Hybrid)

Are you a Chief Commercial Officer looking for an exciting new opportunity?

DNA Recruit are working with an established, award-winning Brand Experience Agency with an international footprint and a long-standing reputation for delivering integrated retail and experiential campaigns to find them a Chief Commercial Officer. Blending creativity with commercial rigour, they partner with ambitious brands across FMCG, retail, health & beauty, luxury and technology.

They are seeking a commercially astute Chief Commercial Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and drive the next phase of strategic growth.
 
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will define and lead the agency’s commercial strategy, owning revenue growth, margin performance and market positioning.
Operating at executive level, you will oversee Client Services, Creative and Marketing, ensuring the agency’s proposition is compelling, differentiated and commercially successful. This role is about setting direction, empowering leaders and ensuring the business wins the right work - profitable, strategically aligned and reputation-enhancing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall commercial growth strategy aligned to Board objectives
  • Own revenue, gross margin and contribution performance
  • Oversee new business acquisition and strategic account growth
  • Lead pricing strategy and ensure strong commercial governance
  • Ensure creative output and proposition development align with market opportunity
  • Strengthen executive-level client relationships and lead major pitch activity
  • Guide brand positioning and marketing to support pipeline growth
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to align ambition with delivery capability
  • Report commercial performance and growth strategy to the Board
 
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within an experiential, retail or integrated agency
  • Strong track record of driving sustained revenue and margin growth
  • Experience overseeing sales/client services alongside creative and marketing functions
  • Deep understanding of agency financial models and pricing strategy
  • Executive presence with Board-level exposure
  • Strategic, commercially driven and entrepreneurial
  • Able to unite revenue, creativity and brand into a clear commercial vision
  • Data-led but creatively ambitious

Salary: Up to £120k plus OTE of £200k
