DNA Recruit are working with an award-winning B2B events and advisory group, known for producing some of the world’s most influential creative and technology festivals, is seeking an exceptional New Business Manager to join its high-performing Advisory division.
You will be a key member of the New Business team, you will, lead strategic sales efforts to acquire and grow high-value client relationships. Engage directly with senior stakeholders at top global brands. Build tailored proposals that address marketing and creative challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, insight-led solutions. Mentor and develop junior team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will have a proven record of success in consultative B2B sales and new business development. Experience selling complex, high-value services. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to identifying opportunities. Exceptional communication and influencing skills with C-suite audiences. Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
