JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships, working closely with internal experts and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions align with client needs and commercial objectives.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, nurturing prospects through the sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape impactful proposals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, solution-led sales environment and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, aligned to defined sales targets.
- Develop value-driven relationships with prospective clients across multiple seniority levels.
- Lead on proposal creation, ensuring all submissions meet client needs and internal quality standards.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to pitch and close.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business unit leads to define solutions that demonstrate clear impact and ROI.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
- Proven experience in a Business Development role within Digital agency.
- A strong understanding of UX/UI principles and Digital experience design, with hands-on experience in Digital Product delivery and a proven ability to shape intuitive, user-centric experiences
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how to match business challenges with appropriate digital or data-led solutions.
- Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and persistent, with a results-oriented approach.
- A natural networker and relationship builder who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
London/Hybrid
Salary: Base £45,000–£50,000 plus commission, with OTE up to £90,000
