Are you an accomplished Business Development professional with a passion for creativity and marketing strategy?
DNA Recruit are working with a global leader in creative intelligence, events, and strategic consultancy who are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their high-performing Advisory division.
This is a rare opportunity to work with some of the world’s most iconic brands, helping them elevate their creative capabilities and marketing effectiveness through tailored consulting and strategic training. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to influence key decision-makers at a global level. You will play a central role in expanding the advisory arm of this internationally renowned organisation. Reporting into the Head of New Business, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and collaborating with a highly skilled internal team to deliver impactful, high-value solutions. Deliver against quarterly new business and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and lead nurturing. Engage senior marketing and creative leaders to understand their challenges and offer bespoke consultancy packages. Lead on pitch development, crafting tailored proposals that demonstrate value and impact.
You will have a proven track record in business development, with experience selling high-value, strategic services or solutions. A consultative approach with the ability to translate client needs into tailored, commercially viable offerings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders. Comfortable managing a complex sales cycle and working toward financial KPIs. Experience in or a passion for the creative, marketing, media, or advisory sectors. Curious, energetic, and resilient with a solution-oriented mindset.
