Working at the heart of the warehouse function, you’ll play a key role in preparing and maintaining a wide range of professional AV equipment, ensuring everything is ready for deployment across multiple projects.

The Role

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider technical team to ensure equipment is accurately prepared, tested, and returned to stock in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare lighting, audio and video equipment for live projects using internal rental management systems
  • Ensure all kit is accurately picked, packed and ready for dispatch
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Check in returning equipment, identifying any faults, shortages or damage
  • Carry out testing, maintenance and basic repairs to ensure equipment is show-ready
  • Support PAT testing and ensure all equipment meets safety standards
  • Maintain organisation and accuracy across warehouse inventory
  • Assist with occasional deliveries and collections, including driving company vehicles
About You

You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a physically active environment. This role suits someone who enjoys both the technical and practical aspects of AV operations.
  • Strong interest in AV equipment and live event production
  • Comfortable using systems and software alongside manual handling tasks
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
  • Willing to get involved wherever needed in a busy warehouse environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
Working Environment

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team within a business known for delivering technically ambitious and creative live experiences. The culture is collaborative, energetic and focused on high standards, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and shared success.

Package & Benefits

  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Private healthcare and dental cover
  • Enhanced sick pay
  • Pension scheme
