Account Supervisor

We’re proud to be partnering with a growing healthcare communications agency who are seeking an Account Supervisor with experience in market access and reimbursement. This hybrid role is based in the Tri-State area and offers the chance to manage key pharmaceutical accounts, lead client delivery, and support strategic program development within a collaborative and fast-paced agency setting.

Applicants must be located in the NYC, NJ, or local PA region.

This is a hands-on account leadership role where you’ll:

• Oversee 1–2 pharmaceutical accounts, managing $1M–$1.5M in revenue
• Build strong, independent relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day delivery of access and reimbursement projects
• Lead internal kickoffs, develop project briefs, and ensure timely Veeva submissions
• Attend MLR meetings and track all required changes and feedback
• Monitor budgets, manage scopes of work, and flag scope creep
• Mentor and oversee a junior team member (if assigned)

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in access & reimbursement
• Strong understanding of MLR and Veeva processes
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, solutions-oriented approach
• A background in client services or project/account management
• Experience overseeing budgets, scopes, and client status reports
• Based in the Tri-State area (required)
