Account Manager – Shopper Marketing | Global Commerce Agency | London (Hybrid)

DNA Recruit are working with an Award-Winning Global Commerce Agency who are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be working on a high-profile confectionery portfolio, delivering best-in-class shopper marketing campaigns across global, European, and UK markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for shopper behaviour and retail activation — ideal for someone already working in this space, or a skilled integrated account handler looking to specialise in the world of commerce and shopper marketing.
About the Role:

• Work on a diverse set of campaign briefs for leading consumer brands within the confectionery category.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, insight-led shopper solutions across the path to purchase.
• Support the end-to-end process from strategic development through to design, execution, and delivery.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, build strong working relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Gain exposure to both in-store and ecommerce-focused initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience as an Account Manager or similar role within a creative, integrated, or shopper marketing agency.
• Strong interest in shopper marketing, with a good understanding of the retail environment and consumer behaviour.
• Comfortable working on strategic and conceptual briefs through to delivery.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional client service.

 
Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum + benefits
Location: London hybrid (2–3 days in office)
