Are you an Account Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?
DNA Recruit are working with an Award-Winning Experiential Technology Agency that creates unforgettable brand experiences through cutting-edge digital innovation. From immersive retail activations to large-scale fan events and global installations, this agency pushes the boundaries of technology to bring brands and audiences closer together.
With offices across the UK, Europe, and the US, they combine creative thinking with powerful technology to deliver seamless, interactive experiences — powered by an advanced in-house platform that connects users through data capture, sensors, AR, and gamified engagement.
About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading key agency relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the smooth delivery of engaging, tech-led activations. Working closely with creative, technical, and commercial teams, you’ll help shape innovative solutions that excite clients and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships within the experiential and marketing space
- Develop new business opportunities and drive significant account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft creative and commercial proposals
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of execution and client satisfaction
- Engage in business development initiatives such as client events and demos
- Act as the link between creative ambition and technical feasibility
- 5–10 years’ experience in experiential, marketing, or technology sectors
- Proven success leading large-scale activations or installations (£100k+)
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills
- Confident developing creative ideas and commercial strategies
- Hands-on approach and willingness to be involved on-site when required
- Experience mapping customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints
- Able to work from Central London HQ four days a week
- Existing network of agency or brand contacts
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Background in installation projects or developing recurring revenue models
- £40,000–£50,000 per annum, plus generous commission structure
- Hybrid working (Central London HQ)
