Account Director - FTC

DNA Recruit are working with an award-winning Brand Experience Agency known for delivering high-impact Brand and Retail environments that truly connect with audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior day-to-day client partner, building strong, trusted relationships  

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Experiential and Retail programmes, including flagship spaces and activations  

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met  

• Drive strategic thinking across brand experience, positioning it effectively within the wider marketing mix  

• Lead internal and external teams, ensuring clarity across delivery, milestones and responsibilities  

• Own and approve key documentation including briefs, budgets and project plans  

• Evaluate campaign performance and ROI, using insights to inform future strategy  

• Facilitate senior client meetings, presentations and creative workshops  

 
Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience at Account Director level within an Experiential, Retail or Brand Experience agency  

• Strong understanding of live environments, retail rollouts and experiential platforms 

• Must have significant experience in brand experience, activations, and client leadership.

• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills  

• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving profitability  

• Confident leading cross-functional teams and complex project delivery  

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level  

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills  

• Passion for creating impactful brand experiences that drive engagement and results  

 
Additional Info:

• Salary: £70K – £85K per annum benefits
• Location: London/Hybrid (2 days on site)
• Contract:12-month FTC, with potential for permanent conversion
