JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re partnering with a well-established, design-led retail environments company that works with some of the biggest names in consumer brands. Known for delivering high-quality, innovative in-store displays and branded environments, they help clients connect with consumers and stand out at retail. As they continue to expand their footprint, they’re looking for a sharp, business-minded Account Director to join their team.

This is a remote position for an experienced account leader with strong business development instincts. The Account Director will manage key client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop creative, on-brand retail solutions while identifying ways to grow both existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and strategic partnership.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with brands, retailers, and agencies.
  • Lead the development of pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal design, production, and operations teams to deliver high-quality retail display programs.
  • Stay current on retail, display, and shopper marketing trends to proactively offer ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution to ensure client satisfaction and business profitability.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an account management or business development role within retail environments, POP displays, or shopper marketing.
  • Strong track record of growing revenue within existing accounts and securing new business.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, commercially-minded, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Remote-based with the ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
