The consultant had a thorough discussion with the client to comprehend the ideal candidate. The conclusion was that the perfect fit would be someone adept at multitasking while aligning with the team and company ethos.To identify suitable candidates, the consultant reached out to individuals from the internal database who seemed like a good match. Additionally, the job particulars were posted on the company website and promoted through relevant channels.


Three candidates were shortlisted and introduced to the client, all possessing the necessary skills and experience.


The interview process involved an initial telephone conversation followed by a face-to-face meeting. One candidate particularly stood out, hailing from the creative industry and harbouring a deep enthusiasm for CRM. Post-interview, this candidate was promptly offered the position and accepted with enthusiasm.


Since taking on the new role, the consultant has maintained regular contact with the candidate, ensuring a smooth transition. The candidate has settled in comfortably and finds genuine satisfaction in the role.

Our client needed an expert in CRM, a Strategist, to join their team.


The objective was to enhance the connection with their target consumers by understanding how to engage with them effectively. This was a pivotal role within the agency, driving customer engagement and data offerings forward.

Our client required a Strategist with expertise in CRM to join their team. This role was needed to support the business in developing a closer relationship with their target consumers, through understanding how to engage with them. 

Our consultant discussed the role with the client to gain a full understanding of the ideal candidate. It was devised that the ideal person for the role would be able to manage multiple tasks at once, whilst fitting in with the team and company culture.
