Collaborating with CEO and Founder Ali Wallace the team worked to determine the ideal candidate's qualities. Creative direction and design background were mandatory, along with big-picture thinking, tech-savviness, integration, and collaboration skills. The candidate should also be innovative and effective in linking brands and consumers. Familiarity with legal restrictions on advertising in the UK and Europe was crucial due to the nature of the role.


Following the compilation of a detailed brief outlining the necessary skills, we agreed that tapping into our extensive candidate network was the best approach for finding the right fit.
