Senior Graphic Designer – Fashion & Lifestyle – London
 
Join an innovative company in the Fashion & Lifestyle industry as their new Senior Graphic Designer. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to refine the brand's visual identity and lead a team of Junior Designers to greatness. Craft designs that captivate and resonate with our diverse audience, maintaining our commitment to top-quality work.
 
Responsibilities: 

• Spearhead the design and development of various graphics and visual materials, setting a benchmark for
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize visuals that align with project objectives and brand
• Mentor and supervise Junior Designers to ensure their work meets our vision and quality
• Create illustrations, logos, and designs using industry-standard software, showcasing advanced
• Work with Copywriters to ensure designs complement messaging across different media
• Lead art direction for product development projects, effectively communicating your vision to the
• Continuously enhance design skills through self-study and staying updated on industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment in visual

 
Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and
• Experience in packaging design, offline media, and web design principles
• Strong understanding of photography and photo-editing
• Familiarity with AI tools for
• Excellent verbal and visual communication
• Experience working on projects for similar
• Familiarity with web design and development
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and expand skill sets.
• Effective communication and collaboration

 
This full-time role is based in London and requires on-site presence five days per week. Salary: - £42K- £46K + Benefits
