Are you a dynamic Marketing & Growth Manager ready to leave your mark on the industry?
 
DNA Recruit is working with one of London's premier independent agencies. You will take charge of launching and overseeing our internal marketing & new business department. You'll drive operational excellence in all marketing and business growth endeavors while spearheading their annual marketing strategy.
 
Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan to boost agency awareness and reputation.
• Collaborate with team members to identify PR and marketing opportunities while managing the agency's profile across various channels.
• Direct external PR efforts to elevate the agency's standing among key audiences.
• Identify and pursue agency award opportunities while coordinating internal teams for submissions.
• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and support internal teams in pitches and proposals.
• Assist in select areas of internal operations, such as developing impact reports for B Corp.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in internal agency roles focused on marketing and new business development.
• Proven track record in agencies with exposure to brand, digital, and integrated campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and operationalize new departments.
• Self-starter capable of managing projects independently from start to finish.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about industry trends and client needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for working with purpose-driven companies.

 
Salary: £65K.
London.
