JOB DESCRIPTION
DNA Recruit has collaborated with a Student Marketing Agency in search of a Global Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to spearhead the introduction of their Student Proposition in France for a key client. Responsibilities entail managing relationships with crucial stakeholders, supervising program components, and monitoring outcomes.
Requirements:
- Lead client communications.
- Manage Student Brand Ambassadors and their outputs.
- Monitor live event teams.
- Liaise with agency and client partners.
- Manage the global Student Brand Ambassador program in France.
- Daily account management and client communications
- Collaborate with regional teams for smooth implementation of reporting tools.
- Address French program inquiries and issues promptly.
- Track and analyse program success against KPIs.
- Regularly report program performance to stakeholders.
- Experience in Experiential, Staffing, or Events account management.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Experience managing tech platforms and client servicing within tech.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English required, French native preferred.
- Role is London based, but our client is open to remote work from France.
- Minimum 3 years agency experience with consumer clients.
- Experience in international markets.
- Preference for experience in managing digital and social campaigns.
- Ability to serve as the main contact across agency, client, and supplier.
- Understanding of the student industry and youth culture.
Salary: £35K-£50K + Benefits.
