JOB DESCRIPTION
The VP of Global Engineering (VPGE) will lead the company’s global engineering operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in POP display design and production. Reporting to the COO and serving as part of the executive leadership team, this role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and proven experience in global engineering management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global engineering strategy aligned with business goals, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, diverse engineering team while ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Oversee the design and production of innovative POP displays, adopting the latest materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, project management, and external stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in the POP display industry.
- Strong technical expertise in display design, production, and materials.
- Proven success in managing global engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
- Valid passport and driver’s license, with availability for 30% travel.
