We're seeking a VIP Coordinator to join our client’s team in Central London, offering a unique opportunity to work on exciting global events projects in a rapidly growing environment.

DNA Recruit are working with a leading global organisation working across this incredible portfolio within the financial sector, known for hosting prestigious gatherings that bring together top minds from the financial world.

Your Role: As an VIP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of these events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with our leadership team to enhance our Audience Engagement strategies.
• Identifying, researching and inviting key figures within the industry to exclusive events.
• Cultivating relationships with influential institutional investors.
• Ensuring VIPs have an exceptional experience during the events.
• Partnering with event sponsors to maximise client participation.
• Organising exclusive functions such as VIP Dinners and Breakfast Briefings.
• Delivering personalised 1-to-1 meeting services.
• Expanding the community and identifying new target groups.
• Leveraging relationships with key influencers and industry associations.

Qualifications: Your qualifications for this role include:

Key Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

• Strong research skills across various information sources.

Previous Experience:

• While experience or knowledge in the financial industry is beneficial, it's not essential.
• A degree is highly advantageous.
• Experience in a corporate B2B environment is valued.
