Your Impact:

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the Cleaning & Waste Management team to deliver top-notch service while fostering a positive work environment.
• Strategize: Develop and implement strategies to meet sustainability goals and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Oversee Operations: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while managing budgets and resources efficiently.
• Innovate: Drive the development of new waste management initiatives that set industry standards.

What You Bring:

• Proven Experience: Leadership experience in cleaning and waste management, ideally within a large venue.
• Sustainability Focus: A strong background in implementing sustainable practices.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
