The Role

As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of the venue, offering a professional, warm, and knowledgeable service to visitors. From greeting guests to assisting with enquiries and overseeing key areas, your role will be essential in delivering the exceptional standards that define this venue.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet: Be the first point of contact for guests, providing accurate information and guidance in line with brand values.
• Expert Venue Knowledge: Assist with enquiries, offering insights into the venue layout, events schedule, and local transport options.
• Accessibility Champion: Ensure all guests, including those with additional needs, are supported with sensitivity and expertise.
• Venue Oversight: Monitor key areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and a seamless guest experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide daily feedback to improve service delivery and highlight trends to inform operational decisions.

What You Bring

• Customer Service Expertise: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within events, live entertainment, or venue operations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident and professional in verbal and written communication, with an ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Positive and Flexible Attitude: Adaptable, approachable, and proactive in meeting guest and business needs.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset to build positive relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
