Are you a passionate and experienced theatre or events professional ready to take on a pivotal leadership role in one of London’s most iconic venues?
DNA Recruit are delighted to be in partnership with an Iconic venue who are seeking a Theatre Manager to oversee within this iconic venue.
The Role:
As Theatre Manager, you will be the driving force behind the operational delivery of this extraordinary venue, ensuring it remains a beacon of cultural excellence. From managing day-to-day activities and event delivery to maintaining high standards of customer experience, you will play a key role in shaping the success of this unique space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational activities within the Theatre and adjacent spaces, ensuring a safe and seamless delivery of events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors to provide an exceptional client and visitor experience.
- Take full ownership of budgets, staffing, and resource planning to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain the venue in peak condition, coordinating maintenance and readiness for events.
- Work closely with programming and sales teams to deliver a diverse and engaging event schedule.
- Extensive experience in theatre or event venue management, ideally in spaces with a capacity over 700.
- Strong understanding of technical and operational requirements for theatre and events.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and leading teams effectively.
- An IOSH qualification and a commitment to health and safety excellence.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
